RitchieMFG was born out of a simple frustration: the gear we needed just didn't exist. As enthusiasts, we struggled to find non-ballistic training plates that actually fit. The market contained only standard, "one-size-fits-all" options, leaving those of us with specific carriers or unique sizing needs without a solution.

Instead of settling for ill-fitting gear, we decided to build it ourselves.

By leveraging FDM printing technology, we moved beyond mass-market limitations to create what big manufacturers wouldn't. We specialize in producing durable, dimensionally accurate non-ballistic training plates and other accessories designed for the specific needs of airsoft, paintball, and personal fitness training.
